These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and betili ("betili", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betili platform, including the website at betili.club, the betili mobile application, and all associated services.

By creating a betili account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the betili platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all betili members regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the betili app.

betili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of betili after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using betili and contact support to close your account.

To register and use betili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing betili from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a betili employee.
• You must not have previously had a betili account closed for violations of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one betili account. General bonus rules that apply across all betili promotions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if requirements are not met in time.
• betili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• betili may void bets and withhold winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.

All sports bets placed on betili are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet on betili, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• betili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, betili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.
• Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placement.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. betili reserves the right to void in-play bets if they were placed after the relevant event (goal, wicket, etc.) had already occurred but before the market was suspended.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your betili balance immediately after settlement.
• betili's settlement decisions are final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with your bet reference number.

betili's casino and games section — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and other instant-win products — is subject to these Terms in addition to the specific rules of each game as provided by the game supplier. In the event of a discrepancy between betili's terms and a game supplier's rules, betili's terms take precedence for account and payment matters.

betili reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or at the member's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, betili will contact you via your registered email address. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. betili aims to complete investigations within 10 business days.

If you wish to close your betili account voluntarily, contact support via live chat or email. betili will process your closure request and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
